In 2022, we meticulously assessed and embarked on the restoration of a two-story residential townhouse in the vibrant Barbican area, combating a persistent leaking roof. Guided by our unwavering commitment to structural integrity, we embarked on a journey to reinforce, revitalize, and safeguard. Upon investigation, we identified the culprit: a brittle and deteriorating existing bituminous membrane. Our team swiftly took action, orchestrating the removal of the compromised membrane. With precision, we cleaned and meticulously prepped the roof area, setting the stage for a transformation that would defy the elements. Drawing on our expertise, we applied a cutting-edge liquid membrane solution. This innovation not only filled existing cracks but also provided a seamless waterproofing shield for the roof slab.
